Neil Alderton

Profile
Neil joined Lintstock in 2012 and leads the delivery of advisory mandates in the UK and internationally. He is also responsible for the development of the firm's data analytics and statistical reporting, including the Lintstock Governance Index.

Philip Mackie

Philip joined Lintstock in 2012 and leads Lintstock‘s business development. He also is responsible for the high-level direction setting of client advisory mandates and provides counsel to Boards on peer context.

With a background in capital markets and strategy consulting, Oliver promotes the sharing of best practice through Lintstock‘s Board Chair network and its research partnership with the All Party Parliamentary Corporate Governance Group.

BA (Hons) in Medieval and Renaissance Literature and Master‘s in English Literature from Cardiff University. Kerry-Lee has also published two books and her work has been published and reviewed in The Spectator, the TLS and other journals.
